Almost Is Never Enough

I've been having LSS on Ariana Grande and Nathan Sykes' duet of Almost Is Never Enough for like a month now. Still can't get over it. I've been such a big fan of Ariana since her days as 'Cat' on Nickelodeon's Victorious. I think she's just so awesomely weird and a perfect definition of pretty and cute. And oh, don't you think Grande and Sykes look really perfect for each other? The news about their break-up was very much devastating. But maybe there's really no perfect relationship. Oh, just like in the song...

Being whimsical reminds me of being a little kid who could always find joy with little things.

The most awaited day of sweethearts and the most depressing day for our members of the singles club is just a few hours away. A-Fash decided to have a theme related to it to celebrate the hearts day: Dress Up What Your Heart Feels.

If you can't say it, wear it! Dressing it up is a really nice outlet for us fashionistas to show what we feel. Dark colors when you're feeling sad and gloomy. But one day you'd also feel as bright and colorful as your happy heart. One day you'd feel very strong as your edgy clothes, but sometimes you'll also surrender to the playfulness of being a kid with your preppy get up.

Bloggers Talk!

Just had an unexpected shoot last Sunday with the Tumblr famous, Nick Pahati a.k.a. Nick Astig! So yeah, I am all laid back with jeans and platform sneaks. Don't even have a color on my lip! Had to meet with Nick and my fellow Bicol fashion bloggers also for the much-awaited event for the users of my first blog home ..the Tumblr Febibig Meetup!!

“Fresh as a Daisy” - an idiom that means always alert and ready to go. As of the moment, that is what’s really needed of me. Doing and accomplishing a lot of things right now that I’ve never thought I could even handle. Thanks to Ateneo for giving me the value of Magis! Few weeks left of being an Atenean for me. *crossed fingers*

A-Fash’s keeping up with the Digital Print phenomenon! DigiPrint ~~(lol it sounds like a digimon mehehe hashtag random hashtag childhood)~~ is our theme last week. Just in time for the arrival of my new Romwe jacket! Love the forest-y feel of it. Reminds me so much of freshness that’s why I opted to pair it with a green colored pants also.

Lovin’ this top also! Isn’t it a little creepy? Yup, that’s why I like it. Haha. I also have a photo imitating the face of this baby, but decided not to post it anyway! HAHAHA

This outfit’s kinda simple if you’d think of it. Just a tank top + jeans combo. I’m more into comfy clothes now. I’m over with fashion-sacrificing-comfort outfits. What matter most are the details you put on it. Just tie a long sleeved polo or jacket around your waist, or play with prints instead of just wearing plain colors and your outfit's now pumped up!

Dusk Dreamer

Had a shoot again with my magnificent photographer Paul Echano a few weeks back! Wasn't really a good day for a shoot because it was freakin' cold and a little bit rainy outside, but I still like how the photos turned out! The color of dusk in a rainy day~

Built my outfit on my new favorite denim skort. Paired with my adorable Forever 21 midriff top. Swear, it was freakin' cold that day that I almost lost the courage to take off my thick sweaters for the shoot. Haha. Oh, for the love of fashion blogging~ And thanks to thigh high socks for keeping me warm and cute also! :3

As usual, the shoot was great and I got to meet some awesome friends of Paul also! The shoot was actually their barkada’s shoot. I’m just a "saling pusa," (or should I say "saling panda?" lololol omg get the joke? hahahashtag sabaw~) on their shoot. They went out for a shoot because they need to change their display photos on Facebook. Awesome people. I mean, who else does that? lol They also happened to be my blog readers, and artsy people as well! which is extra awesome. I srsly had a blast! (Love you, guys! hihi)

As of the moment, I'm balancing all my academic and extra-curricular stuff, and I'm doing my best to make the most of my remaining college days. So yeah, I'm super duper busy lately. But of course, blogging is still on my list! I'm pushing it. Doing my best to do just everything. Hee~
