First Fall

4:18 AM

Minasan, konnichiwa! I'm back from the dead! First of all, I apologize for being in hiatus for a month. If you're a follower on my other SNS accounts, you would know that I've just recently moved to a new home where I've been living the dream... Japan!!!

Yes, I've just moved in last month and adjusting to a new home, a new country, a whole new culture and environment is a lot harder that I've thought. Thus, my hiatus on this blog. I just waited for me to settle in a little bit, make my place feel a little roomy, have my daily routine, and finally gain inspiration to find time to write on this blog again.

Getting my spirit bump up again does require a little bit of an effort. Well, let me tell you something that you probably already know. Fashion is Japan is way too over the top, in a good way. And honestly, I've been losing a bit of my confidence ever since I started living here. Art and fashion is everywhere, and effort is seems to be conventional. I'm being exposed to the astonishing Tokyo fashion everyday. And everyone's seems to have their best foot forward in all times. Actually, not just in fashion, but in all aspects in everyday life. Japan just have their life goals game too strong. You know what I mean?

Oh well, maybe it just took time to set myself straight again, find myself. Or maybe I'm still in the process of that. But while I'm in that, glad that I've realized now is that what matters most is my journey here. Focus on myself and not on others. And you should too! That would be really healthy for you. *thumbs up wink wink*

And oh well, another reason why it took time for me to blog again? I don't have a photographer here! These photos are only taken my iPhone, processed in Photoshop. Please, if you know some photographers here looking for a model (and a friend haha) I'd be glad to volunteer as their subject. For free. Just amazing shots for my blog please. Hahaha.

But thanks to a newly made friend here in Japan, for taking these photos! Met a fashionista, a make-up junkie and also pretty Pinay who seems to be my now partner in crime here in Japan. And by crime, I mean shopping and other kikay-related stuff. Mehe~ Thanks Valerie!

And now on the outfit. Currently experiencing fall now! My first fall since I moved here. Not really a fan of most of the fall colors, like bright yellow, green and orange, but I love red! Especially burgundy and other darker shades of red. So I go for it all the time. Also, I've been sticking to basics now since it's easier to style and wont fill up my closet that much. Japan is no place for big space. So.. yeah.

I apologize for my hiatus again. I really hope you guys would still love me and this blog. Mehe~ I'll try harder to find more time to write here. Please bear with me as I am also currently studying and my part-time job will be starting soon! Wish me luck. Wish me luck for everything. Ganbatte ne~!

Wishing you all guys a happy life as well.

"Don't wait. Just go!"
