It's Flavours Gastronimica's anniversary month! Can't believe that Flavours has been filling our tummies for a year now. Flavours Gastronimica is staying fresh and new!

The Bicol Bloggers were invited by the Flavours Gastronomica's owner, the very generous and talented chef, Chef Gerald Garland Panghulan, to celebrate Flavours' first birthday!

Flavours Gastonomica is a semi-fine dining restaurant but with a cozy vibe and laid-back ambiance. They like their food offerings to be healthy, but still flavorful! Yes, hence the name. Flavours is also one of the most artsy places to dine in Naga. One of my favorite restos also, not just because of their food, but because their place is well-lit and so artsy that makes it very Instagram-able! #priorities HAHAHA

But food! Yes, let's go to foods!! Their mouth-watering food!

Let's start with my favorite, Chef's Signature Baby Back Ribs! Ahhh~ The party-in-my-mouth, very savoury ribs! What a great creation. Just blogging about this now is making me hungry! This is a must-try, people! (too much exclamation points on these lines HAHA)

Seafood Pesto. Not much a fan of seafoods, but this one's amazing!

Their famous Chef's Sister's Salad. I'm a fan of salads, so I really loved this! So healthy with slices of mango, grapes and pineapple.

Salmon party! Grilled Salmon with Garlic and Herbs and Baked Salmon Crusted Pesto. Both are really delightful, but I adore the second one more. More salty than the first one, and it's more fun to eat with the crunch!

The first ever dish I've eaten in the Flavours Gastronomica, the Lemon and Lime Chicken. This dish really gives justice to the name of the restaurant. Bursting with flavour. You know the secret? The stick they used to set the chicken is lemongrass! Can you imagine the flavour in your mouth now? You should try this as well to experience the true flavour of Flavours Gastronomica!

They also have very healthy drinks. Fresh and very appetizing! From left to right, Strawberry-Banana, Mango-Banana, Strawberry and Basil, and Healthy Green. Specialty smoothies are at P120-P140, Milk Shakes at P140-150 and Hot drinks at P60.

Crafted Tea/Juices at P60, Hot or Cold Tea (with a selection of loose tea leaf) at P60.
